Dancercise Breaks 2022
Boost your mood and give your brain and body a workout. You’ll also get to recharge with a relaxing treatment, and indulge in mouth-watering meals.
The package includes:
- Check in from 2pm on Thursday ready for your first session at 3pm
- A programme of specially designed dance-based classes that are not normally available at Ragdale Hall (or elsewhere)
- The opportunity to join our many other dance-based classes on the regular timetable
- Accommodation, breakfast served in your room, three course lunch and three course dinner and use of all the Hall’s facilities including the Thermal Spa, pools, spa facilities and gym.

Ragdale Prescription Facial?Cleanses, tones and exfoliates the skin allowing for a short but relaxing massage and an application of a prescription mask. or Classic Manicure?Replenish your skin with essential moisture with this soothing hand treatment. This therapy helps to maintain the skin on the hands and cuticles, exfoliating, moisturising and conditioning to renew and revitalise. After a hand massage your treatment will be completed with your chosen award winning O.P.I. nail lacquer shade. PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to have a French Manicure or French Pedicure you should book the Luxury Manicure or Luxury Pedicure. French style polish is not available in the Classic treatments. To ensure maximum benefit from your hand and foot treatments, please remove polish prior to treatments. or Calming Back and Scalp Massage?A gentle but effective massage using Swedish-style movements to melt away muscle tension in the back, neck and scalp. A luxurious coconut butter is used to hydrate, nourish and condition your hair and scalp. - PLEASE NOTE: Classes for each event will be finalised nearer the event and a programme will be sent by email to all guests approximately three weeks before the Dancercise Break. Please ensure our Reservations Team has your correct email address to ensure you receive your programme in advance.

- Single rooms are limited in number, therefore we suggest you book early to avoid disappointment.
- All our spa breaks are a minimum of two nights, however we occasionally have short notice offers which are one night only.
- Our breaks are set packages and the treatments within them cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
- Prices are valid from 1st November 2019 to 31st October 2020.
