Serene Sleep Break 2021

Too many late nights, long hours at work or your littlest keeping you awake all night – there are so many reasons we fail to get a good night’s sleep. Too little sleep however, can soon begin to have a negative effect on our mind and body, leading to exhaustion and the inability to enjoy life to the full.
Through a variety of workshops and sessions, including Guided Meditation, Deep Relaxation Yoga, Yoga with Sound Bathing Meditation and Tranquil Tai Chi, plus two evening workshops which will cover useful sleep habits to adopt when home, hypnotherapy techniques and nutritional guidance, our team of in-house experts will take you on a journey of deep relaxation, to soothe the mind, body and soul and ultimately help you achieve a better night’s sleep.

The package includes:
- Check in from 2pm on Thursday ready for your first session at 3pm
- A programme of classes and evening workshops that are not normally available at Ragdale Hall
- The opportunity to join our many other fitness classes on the regular timetable
- Accommodation, breakfast served in your room, three course buffet lunch and three course dinner and use of all the Hall’s facilities including the Thermal Spa, pools, spa facilities and gym.

Ragdale Prescription Facial?Cleanses, tones and exfoliates the skin allowing for a short but relaxing massage and an application of a prescription mask. or Classic Manicure?Replenish your skin with essential moisture with this soothing hand treatment. This therapy helps to maintain the skin on the hands and cuticles, exfoliating, moisturising and conditioning to renew and revitalise. After a hand massage your treatment will be completed with your chosen award winning O.P.I. nail lacquer shade. PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to have a French Manicure or French Pedicure you should book the Luxury Manicure or Luxury Pedicure. French style polish is not available in the Classic treatments. To ensure maximum benefit from your hand and foot treatments, please remove polish prior to treatments. or Calming Back and Scalp Massage?A gentle but effective massage using Swedish-style movements to melt away muscle tension in the back, neck and scalp. A luxurious coconut butter is used to hydrate, nourish and condition your hair and scalp..

|Simple Room ?Our smallest rooms with restricted/little view, however they all have fresh, bright decor.||£375|
|Classic Room ?Slightly larger than Simple Rooms with different decor and in a different location. These rooms have restricted or no views. /The Lodge ?Ideal for a small group or individuals who seek a little seclusion. An attractive country cottage which houses four luxury twin bedded rooms and is situated 200 metres from the main entrance. Each room is equipped with a mini bar and Lodge guests also have the pleasure of a small private garden.||£433|
|Luxury Room ?Similar to our Luxury Plus rooms but decorated differently, slightly smaller, although still spacious, with breakfast table and comfy chairs. Views in Luxury rooms vary.||£469|
You may wish to book an extra night on the Wednesday after the event for only £169 per person twin occupancy or £199 per person in a single room. The perfect opportunity to get your head down for another night while putting into practise anything you have learnt on the break, and return home fully relaxed and feeling revitalised. This includes dinner, breakfast, lunch and another 40-minute treatment from the choices above.
