Pilates with Cherry Baker

Whether you are a beginner, regularly practice Pilates or have attended a Pilates Break at Ragdale before, we will guide you through a number of sessions to help you improve your technique and posture and learn more about the amazing health and wellbeing benefits of this form of exercise. An Experienced Level break is also available.

Beginner’s Yoga

If you’re interested in exploring yoga and how it can benefit you but have found all the different options a bit overwhelming, we’ve created the perfect two-night break to gently ease you into yoga practice… and who knows where the journey may take you?

Real Life Yoga Breaks with Meg Jackson

We offer two levels of break with Meg for you to choose from depending on whether you have very little experience or are looking to take your yoga practice to the next level. So, if you would like to spend some quality time for you and to learn more about yoga in the nourishing setting of Ragdale Hall, then this is the break for you.

The Experienced Level break is perfect for those wishing to develop their existing practice.  To really make the most of it we suggest that you’ve been regularly practicing yoga for at least six months.  (Absolute beginners may wish to start their yoga journey on the Ragdale Hall Introduction to Yoga Break).

Dancercise

If Body Pump leaves you feeling deflated and Body Combat has you fighting to get away, then why not join us for a unique dance break in the luxury surroundings for which we’re so renowned.

Mindful Exercise – June 2019

Whilst we’re all well aware of the aesthetic results of exercise, a number of studies have documented that subjective wellbeing, the feel-good factor, is higher in regular exercisers.

Be one of the first to experience the positive energy that flows through our BRAINFIT workout, be challenged mentally and physically in CHAOS, find true balance in BEAM, take a mindful journey in SOULSPIN and learn to escape in DESTRESS YOGA. In addition, there will be two evening talks to help you to regain control from experienced life coach, Kate McReynolds. During these sessions, Kate will challenge your assumptions and help break down barriers that may have restrained you in the past. You will also learn why it’s important to build strong loving foundations within and put these learnings into practise.
