Every aspect of your stay will be catered for, including an exclusive, specialist menu carefully selected by our Head Chef to include foods which promote healthy sleep. Dreamy!

Through a variety of workshops and sessions, including Guided Meditation, Deep Relaxation Yoga, Yoga with Sound Bathing Meditation and Tranquil Tai Chi, plus workshops which will cover useful sleep habits to adopt when home, hypnotherapy techniques and nutritional guidance, our team of in-house experts will not only help you achieve a better night’s sleep, but will give you the tools you’ll need to make positive changes to your bedtime routine. Melt further into relaxation with a 40-minute inclusive treatment. Choose from one of our many different relaxation areas if you fancy an afternoon catnap, to doze under a blanket or just watch the world go by. Leave feeling rested and recharged, ready to take on your world once more.
