Terms and conditions

• To be entered into the competition, you must fill out the above form by Friday 19th December 2025 at 10:00am. There will be two winners of this competition and will both be contacted by Friday 19th December 2025 via the email provided in the entry form.
• 1st Prize Includes: One-Night Stay for Two* – subject to availability.
• 2nd Prize: £250 Ragdale Hall Spa Gift Voucher
• Open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 16 or over, except employees of Ragdale Hall Spa and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
• Travel not included to Ragdale Hall Spa.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Winners will be selected at random and announced once they have met the competition criteria, which include: following @ragdalehallspa on Instagram, liking the competition post, and leaving a comment on it.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferrable.
• If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraudulent activity, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the draw, and invalidate any affected entries.
• The winners will have 5 working days from the date of initial contact to respond confirming compliance with these terms and eligibility to win their prize. If a winner does not respond with appropriate confirmations within the specified time frame that winner will be disqualified, and the prize will be offered to a reserve winner selected in the prize draw. Any reserve winner may have less time to respond to the initial notification.
