You will learn each role individually beginning with Scheduling. This involves using our computer system to plan treatments, activities and meal times to create the perfect stay for each of our 200 plus guests every day. Schedules are specific to each individual guest, taking into account special requests, guest health information, and recommended and non-recommended treatment combinations.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all treatments are accurately billed to guest accounts.
Schedules for over 140 beauty therapists must be planned to include meal and welfare breaks and should provide a varied day of treatments.
You will also be trained within our treatment and activities sales area, advising our guests over the phone on different treatment options, upselling and link selling wherever possible.
