CATERING

Our kitchen brigade work across 3 kitchen and together they are responsible for creating, nutritious food that is healthy and tastes great. Join our catering teams, and work with innovative menus, the freshest ingredients, and a team of foodie fanatics that will feel like family.

RESTAURANT

Dining is very much part of the Ragdale experience, and our team of waiters, waitresses and bar staff are responsible for serving, breakfast, lunch, dinner and endless cakes, snacks, and cocktails to over 200 guests per day!

It’s hard work but it’s also fast, fun, and sociable plus if you have the right attitude and work ethics, the opportunity for promotion is vast. If you’re good at what you do and work hard you could soon be a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.

RECEPTION

If you’re confident and passionate about meeting new people whilst providing excellent customer care, then a role in our reception could be the perfect job for you.

We offer our Reception Team a structured plan for career progression, with many of our Receptionists eventually progressing to various management positions within Ragdale.

HOUSEKEEPING

Our 70 strong team of Housekeeping heroes play an essential role here at Ragdale keeping our beautiful building spotless.

There are so many options – if you’re an early bird then bedroom cleaning might be for you – you’ll be finished by 2.00pm. If you prefer a later start, there’s evening cleaning. Then there’s our Laundry (which, by the way, has the best views in Ragdale) and our gorgeous Spa Area which always needs keeping squeaky clean and well stocked with fluffy white towels. For night owls, we also have an amazing nocturnal crew that set to work while the rest of us sleep!

APPRENTICESHIPS

We offer apprenticeships in our Kitchen, Dining Room and Housekeeping studying towards your professional qualification with a local college or training provider. This is a great way of learning because not only will you gain your formal qualifications, but you’ll also benefit from working with our highly skilled and experienced team – plus you’ll be earning money as well!
