Junior Sous Chef – 39 hours per week
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 per annum

Hours of work:
39 hours per week on a rota basis between the hours of 6.00 am and 10.00 pm including some weekends.

As our Junior Sous Chef you will produce the highest standards of cuisine ensuring ongoing quality control of all areas of food production, setting and maintaining standards through personal example.
The ideal candidate will have:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in food preparation or professional cookery. Experience in a busy commercial setting is desired.
