Unlock perfect skin with revolutionary technology, Observ Skin Scanner
We are thrilled to announce the arrival of a revolutionary technology at Ragdale Hall Spa—the OBSERV Skin Scanner launching in the Beauty Shop this September. This advanced device is set to redefine the way we deliver skin consultations, offering a level of insight and personalised care to help you unlock the potential for perfect skin.
Why the OBSERV Skin Scanner?
The OBSERV 520x provides a powerful tool for in-depth skin analysis. This technology captures high-resolution images using different light modes in just ten seconds, making it the fastest and most accurate skin diagnostic technology available today.
What Does This Mean for You?
With a more detailed and informative consultation, paired with expert knowledge from our Skincare Specialists, your skin will receive thorough care that enhances its health and radiance on a new level. Whether it’s identifying hidden sun damage, pigmentation issues, or underlying concerns, the OBSERV Skin Scanner ensures that every aspect of your skin is analysed, allowing for targeted products and treatments to truly customise your skincare regime.
How Does It Work?
The images captured during your consultation will be highlighted and reviewed in real-time, allowing you and your skincare specialist to thoroughly discuss and understand any problem areas.
The device will take several images in different lights to identify certain areas of your face using the following modes:
- Daylight Mode: Provides an even distribution of light across the skin, offering a comprehensive evaluation of its overall appearance and establishing a baseline for further review.
- Parallel Polarised Mode: Detects uneven texture, pore structures, and the early stages of wrinkles or fine lines using a flash of light. It can also identify concerns like dry skin.
- Cross Polarised Mode: Utilises light that removes shine to reveal pigmentation issues or redness, such as rosacea and acne, without obstruction.
- True UV Mode: With a safe dose of UV light, this mode highlights deeper skin abnormalities, including excess sebum, clogged pores, or pimples that have yet to surface.
- Woods Mode: By using a wave of blue light, this mode uncovers areas of the skin lacking collagen, experiencing dehydration, or showing signs of hyperpigmentation, helping you target these specific concerns.
To further enhance your experience, we’ll also offer the option to receive these images via email after your consultation. You’ll also be provided with a personalised list of product recommendations tailored to your specific skin concerns, ensuring your skincare routine is as effective as possible.
Track Your Progress
We know that skincare is a journey and can often be overwhelming with so much on offer. It’s hard to know where to start, and it’s ever-changing depending on your lifestyle. But we’re here to support you every step of the way with the expertise and technology we now have. We can capture both before and after photos during your visits, allowing you to track the progress of your skincare regimen over time. This feature ensures that the products we recommend are working for you and that you’re seeing the visible results you desire.
