Find your soul at Ragdale

Step inside the SOUL STUDIO – located beyond the gym, you can become totally immersed in a distinct studio experience that will shift your soul, ultimately helping you to connect to the best version of yourself. The SOUL STUDIO, part of Heart + Soul Fitness at Ragdale is a gentle space to feel nourished, to reconnect with yourself and have freedom to breathe. Whichever class you choose, whether it’s Hatha yoga, Pilates or a restorative stretch class, our dedicated and supportive instructors will motivate you to find your extra drive, inspire you to go the extra mile, and encourage you to look inwards to find your extra purpose.

The studio itself is a natural ‘green’ biophilic design that will provide a unique eco-sensory background for our mind-body classes. A light wood-panelled wall with hanging candle-lit lanterns, trailing ivy greenery, and a feature circular mirror embellishes the space to create a peaceful, calming environment to enhance your workouts.

What fitness classes can you expect to find in the Soul Studio?
