- On booking, full payment is required prior to your visit. Rest assured, you will receive a confirmation email with everything you need to start planning for some You-Time at Ragdale Hall Spa

Should you need to cancel for any reason up to 48 hours in advance of arrival, the cost of your booking will be protected, and you will receive a full refund of the inclusive cost of your day.
