Health Spa Treatments and Activities

At Ragdale Hall we provide traditional beauty treatments, natural holistic therapy and unique treatments designed with you in mind. Our spa staff offer health and beauty advice on a wide range of subjects that you can draw on during your spa break.

We see your health hydro visit as a journey, and whatever your requirements we are sure you will find numerous treatments and activities to suit. Our staff are highly trained to ensure your holistic therapy, exercise session or beauty treatment, and any health and beauty advice, is of the highest quality.

The information found on this website has been compiled to guide you through the choice of therapies prior to your visit to our spa retreat. It has been divided into sections with clear headings covering each area of the body.

Pre-Request Your Treatments

To maximise your time at our spa retreat we have provided different ways of pre-requesting your spa holiday treatments and activities, as it is a good idea to organise everything prior to your health farm holiday.

As you browse through our treatment listings (see categories on the right hand side menu), click the blue 'Request Treatment' button when you find the treatment/s you wish to book. Any treatments you have selected will then be shown at the top of the treatments page you're on. When you have finished selecting your treatments click on the 'Go to Treatments Request Form' button and fill in the rest of your details. You will be able to review your treatment choices, which will be shown in a box near to the bottom of the form, and delete or amend where necessary. Once you have finalised your treatment choices and you have filled in all your relevant details on the Treatments Request Form, click on 'Send' and your request will be sent to the Treatments Administration Department who will then, where possible, book your treatments in for you. NB: YOUR TREATMENTS SHOULD BE BOOKED NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.
