This results-driven treatment has been designed by one of Ragdale’s experienced male practitioners to target stiffness, aches and injuries that occur through occupational, recreational or sporting activities. Firstly a consultation is performed to consider your state of health and the symptoms you are experiencing. Our specialist practitioner will then create a personal treatment plan and perform a variety of remedial massage movements and manipulation techniques.

The practitioner will give specific advice to take home to those individuals having trouble with problematic areas.
