Spa at home this Galentine’s Day
Sometimes, we all need a good catch up with our friends – it can do wonders for our happiness. So, this Galentine’s Day, why not treat yourself and your nearest and dearest to the ‘Ragdale from home’ spa experience, with a full day of pampering, cocktail-making, and of course, plenty of laughter.
Soothe and calm your skin with this natural face mask
If your dressing gowns are on, it can mean only one thing – it’s time for a face mask. Natural ingredients can be hugely beneficial for the skin, and we’re sharing a remedy which is designed to be both soothing and deeply hydrating for the skin. Are you ready to get your glow on?
What you’ll need:
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Half of a ripe avocado
- 2 drops of lavender oil
Simply mix the ingredients together in a bowl, and paint onto your face ideally by using a face mask brush for an extra calming sensation.
Breathe in, breathe out
Create that tranquil spa ambience with the help of the NEOM Wellbeing Pod Mini and with a choice of essential oil blends, you’ll engage your senses to give you that ‘ahhhhh’ feeling. Essential oils may come with a host of wellbeing benefits, including improved sleep, promoting a sense of calm, and might even help to ease some symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Get creative with a cocktail masterclass
After dinner, where else to head but to your very own Twilight Bar? Get creative together and make your favourite cocktails, either using a recipe book for inspiration or booking an online class. Get shaking, stirring and make sure to pour in plenty of love! If you’re in need of a recipe, why not try our Refresh and Revive recipe, or if you’re going tea-total for an extra health kick, give our Orchard Mocktail recipe a go.
