COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH : Crimson Moon

As the season shifts and the air turns crisp, it’s a great time to bring autumn flavours into your drinks. At Ragdale, we love to follow the rhythm of the seasons, and our mixologist Jack from the Twilight Bar has shared a simple cocktail recipe that’s perfect for this time of year.

It’s easy to make at home and ideal for showing off your cocktail skills, or just enjoying a quiet evening in.

 

 

Here’s how to make your own Crimson Moon:

Ingredients:

  • 37.5ml Blanco Tequila
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 12.5ml Creme De Cassis
  • 5ml Grenadine
  • Black Hawaiian Salt (to rim glass)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Garnish the rim of a rocks glass with Black Hawaiian Salt.
  5. Strain to serve.
