Get your vouchers in time for Christmas

Unfortunately, time has ran out to receive gift vouchers in the post in time for Christmas. However, our elves still have the below options to ensure your loved one receives their little package of magical relaxation under the Christmas tree.

E-vouchers* – buy online and your e-voucher will automatically be sent directly to your inbox. Alternatively, call our Voucher Sales Team on 01664 433000.

Call & Collect – if you’d like your vouchers presenting in our beautiful Christmas gift pack and live locally, order your vouchers over the phone and drive over to pick them up at your earliest convenience.

When picking up vouchers, we ask that you adhere to the social distancing guidelines. Please remain at least two meters apart where possible and where a face mask when entering the Ragdale cottage.

For the safety of our guests and employees, we are only meeting one customer at a time. If we already have a customer in the waiting area, please queue outside or wait in your car and we’ll call you in.
