Father’s Day – Sunday 21st June

Give your dad a break this Father’s Day by treating him to some relaxation.

If you think he’ll be too macho for a spa day, remember it was actually a man that invented spas!

The Romans first brought bathing to this country – the ‘spas’ of their day were frequented by men only.  The men would bathe from noon until night in the sacred baths, believed to have magical healing powers.

It wasn’t until the 16th century before a bath for ladies was built (the Queen’s baths), making the history of spas a predominantly male one.

Although we can’t promise to cure illnesses (although it has been said in the past), our extensive spa facilities will relax his hard working muscles and ease any stresses away.

The experts at Ragdale have designed packages with him in mind – check out the Three Night Time For Me package ‘Just For Him’, the Men’s Time Out spa day and the wide range of Men’s spa treatments.

Remember we also have Ragdale Hall spa vouchers available too.
