Shiatsu is a traditional hands-on Japanese healing therapy. It can help in a wide range of conditions – from specific injuries to more general symptoms of poor health. Our highly experienced Shiatsu Practitioner will consider your state of health, the symptoms you are experiencing and, depending on your constitution and general energy levels, will use a variety of techniques to improve your energy flow. Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience and would be recommended as a one off to relieve a symptom or help prevent stress blockages.

This results-driven treatment has been designed by one of Ragdale’s experienced male practitioners to target stiffness, aches and injuries that occur through occupational, recreational or sporting activities. Firstly a consultation is performed to consider your state of health and the symptoms you are experiencing. Our specialist practitioner will then create a personal treatment plan and perform a variety of remedial massage movements and manipulation techniques.

The practitioner will give specific advice to take home to those individuals having trouble with problematic areas.

Please note: to administer remedial therapy for injuries, a medical practitioner must have first made a diagnosis of that injury.
