Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence 2014We’ve just had news that we’ve been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence again in 2014. 

Very few people confirm a hotel booking or make a dinner reservation without consulting TripAdvisor first.  This is what makes TripAdvisor the best and most influential travel review website, and being recognised by them as an excellent destination, and maintaining this for three years in a row, is a fantastic achievement for the team at Ragdale Hall (Ragdale also have a Certificate of Excellence for 2012 and 2013).   

The accolade honours hospitality excellence and is given only to the establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews.  Establishments awarded the Certificate of Excellence represent the upper echelon of businesses listed on the website.

GSG-5-bubble-spaWe have also recently been reassessed by The Good Spa Guide, following an indepth mystery shopper review by one of their Spa Spies, and have retained our 5 Bubble status.

“What makes this spa special is the smoothness of the operation. The very high staff to customer to staff ratio means that there is always someone on hand for every request; furthermore, that someone is always happy, motivated and clearly proud and pleased to be part of the Ragdale team.

“It really does give a sense of a place where a spotlight has been shone on every aspect of the customer offering, from arrival to checkout and everything in between, and where every wrinkle has been ironed out. With a 99% year round occupancy and an 80% return rate, the customer is clearly very happy.
