Ragdale Hall crest – celebrating the past and the present
As we celebrate 50 years of Ragdale Hall this June (20th), we wanted to share our crest displaying perfectly the Ragdale Hall journey from when the doors first opened to now and beyond. Based on the original occupiers of the Hall and their family crest, we wanted to incorporate tradition with modern day by designing our very own crest while acknowledging our wonderful history too.
Each section of our crest has been carefully curated and contains beautiful illustrations to show just how our new crest came to be, all the while telling its own story along the way.
The hare, an animal which signifies rebirth and seen in spring around our grounds.
Water, a key element for relaxation and sustenance for the body and mind.
The window within our summer house featured in our previous brand.
The oak leaf, being a sign of wisdom linking to our skilled team.
The concept of time, placing focus on putting your wellness first.
Lavender, associated with essential oils, relaxation and seen growing in our gardens.
The Georgian stripe, featured on the Hall’s original crest and seen in the original Shirley family crest.
Crenellations which can be seen on our architecture.
