If you enjoy Pilates but prefer taking it at a slower, more mindful pace, then Ragdale’s Mindful Pilates Retreat led by experienced teacher Nicola Bowen-Jones (Sunday 3rd July – Tuesday 5th July 2022) includes a fusion of gentle Pilates movements, stretching, and relaxation techniques including mindfulness practices, which could be your ideal retreat to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
