New year career opportunities available at award-winning Ragdale Hall Spa

If change is what you need in the new year, then prepare to be surprised. Award-winning Ragdale Hall Spa in Melton Mowbray are holding a recruitment afternoon on Saturday 15^th January.

The event will take place from 1pm – 4pm and attendees will have the chance to explore the grounds and facilities, speak to current Ragdale employees and carry out informal interviews. There’s no prior booking required, just turn up on the day.

Ragdale Hall, the UK’s leading spa resort, provides opportunities for those either just starting out on their career path and wanting to gain experience, or for those who want to elevate their career to the next level. Ragdale will give you the knowledge, skills, and support to help you succeed, and Food and Beverage Assistant, Louise Greet, who recently completed an Apprenticeship at Ragdale Hall Spa, comments: “My goal at Ragdale is to go as far as I can go. I’ve already progressed to Food and Beverage Assistant which I’m incredibly proud of. In the future, when I’ve gained more experience, I could consider venturing into HR or becoming a Duty Manager.”

The spa has a number of positions available from cleaners, beauty therapists, fitness instructors, café and kitchen staff, bartenders, maintenance staff, beauty therapists, skincare specialists, laundry attendants, porters and waiting staff, with no experience necessary and full training provided.

HR and Commercial Director Allison Garner said: “Over the years, we’ve watched the Ragdale family grow to be over 500-strong, with many members of the team celebrating milestone work anniversaries.
