Excellence Hall of Fame for Ragdale Hall!

The year has certainly got off to a flying start for us and we are delighted to not only have scooped another award for our customer service, but to also be one of an elite group of organisations to receive a place in Trip Advisor’s first ever Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame.

We’ve been awarded a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence for the fifth year running. This is awarded to organisations based on feedback made by their guests on Trip Advisor, recognising review ratings, overall rating and quantity of reviews.

According to Trip Advisor, organisations receiving the Certificate of Excellence demonstrate hospitality excellence and represent the ‘upper echelon’ of businesses listed on the site. If you’ve visited Ragdale Hall, you’ll know our guests are at the heart of everything we do, so this recognition means a lot to all of our staff.

Membership of the Hall of Fame is awarded only to businesses which have won the Certificate of Excellence five years in a row, and we are one of only a small percentage of organisations to do this. It’s a great achievement and we are very proud to be right up there at the top on Trip Advisor.
