This is a unique form of mind-body exercise that combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing and meditation. Developed in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria, a medical doctor from India, who believed in the powerful physical and mental health benefits of laughter, it promises to reduce stress and anxiety, boost energy levels, improve immune function and build emotional resilience.
