This is a deeply calming breath and sound workshop designed to support your nervous system and restore balance in the body. Using simple chanting practices from Japan, through slow breathwork and intentional chanting, the body is guided out of stress and into balance. No experience is required, just bring an open heart and a willingness to connect with your breath and your voice.
