COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH : Tiramisu Martini
As November settles in and the days grow shorter, there’s nothing better than embracing the cosy flavours of the season. At Ragdale, we love to celebrate each month’s unique charm, and our mixologist Jack from the Twilight Bar has crafted a simple cocktail recipe that captures the spirit of November perfectly.
It’s effortless to make at home—ideal for impressing guests or unwinding on a crisp autumn evening.

Here’s how to make your own Tiramisu Martini:
Ingredients:
25ml Cognac
25ml Chocolate Liqueur
25ml Fresh Espresso
25ml Double cream
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
Chocolate Powder for a light dusting
Method:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, until too cold to touch. Shake well and pour into the martini glass and to finish, dust with chocolate powder.
