It’s that time of year again when we sit waiting patiently for news from the annual Candis Spa Awards…

…and we are over the moon to announce we have won the ‘Best Dedicated Spa’ category!

The Candis magazine team are extremely discerning, and carry out a thorough search of UK spas, trying and testing everything from pillows to pools, to give their readers a guarantee that each spa truly deserves their award.

On Ragdale Hall, the team said: “There’s so much to enjoy, from beauty and pampering to fitness, delicious food or simply relaxing with a good book in a beautiful, harmonious setting.”

Our gold stars were awarded for our wonderful, hardworking staff and also the newly opened Rooftop Infinity Pool: “Staff are pleasant and attentive to ensure you have the best experience possible. The Rooftop Infinity Pool and the viewing lounge make it a special place to relax.”

The Candis team also gave a huge thumbs up for our unique ‘Created by Ragdale’ Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage – they came away ‘feeling incredible!’.

We’re always extremely pleased to have our facilities, treatments and most of all our customer service recognised, so ‘thank you’ to Candis magazine and everyone who votes for us!

Congratulations to Ragdale on your well deserved award, it’s by far the best spa in the country in my opinion and should win every award going. I love coming to Ragdale, it’s such a fantastic place and always leaves me feeling relaxed and chilled out. The dedication of the staff towards the guests is outstanding. Well done to each and every one of you, keep up the good work.
