With a series of complimentary talks, workshops, new treatments and fitness classes, we aim to create an everchanging spa retreat to reflect just what you need, when you need, so you can feel your best in every season.
An often-overlooked element of wellness, rest is just as important for the body, mind and skin as regular exercise, a balanced diet, and a targeted skincare routine. Throughout March allow yourself to be guided through a series of calming practices, each of which are designed to encourage rest and prepare you for a peaceful night of sleep.

Do-In Self Shiatsu with Jon Jarvis
4th and 18th March | £10 per person
Jon, who will guide you through a sequence of self-shiatsu and acupressure techniques to open the energy channels, release blockages, and encourage the flow of energy in the body.
Sleep therapy workshop with Sarah-Louise Specialist Sleep Practitioner
6th and 20th March | £10 per person
Sarah-Louise give you practical tools for quality sleep including gentle stretch, self massage techniques and meditation to the sounds of singing bowls
