Reservations Co-ordinator (temporary) – full time
£7.90 per hour age 21 and above, £7.42 per hour age 18-20 and £6.55 per hour age 16 and 17.

Hours of work:
39 hours per week on a temporary 6-month contract. Hours will be worked on a rota basis to include one full and one, half weekend per every four weeks. Hours to be worked between the hours of 8.30am and 8.15pm.

Here at one of the UK’s leading destination spas, we are looking for someone to join our hard-working team of sales professionals, who are each dedicated to providing tailor-made, over-the-phone experiences, to cater for varying personalities and queries, whilst also appreciating the importance of driving sales and maximising occupancy levels across the Hall.
The successful candidate must take initiative and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to take control during challenging phone conversations, in a pleasant and calming manner.
Hosting numerous spa day and spa break packages, it is crucial that you the successful candidate can learn and retain vast spa package information, including becoming familiar with their respective inclusive indulgent treats and prices.
In this fast-paced environment, you will spend a lot of your shifts on the phone and will therefore be required to multitask, ensuring great attention to detail is afforded to the day-to-day administrative tasks, whilst accurately logging bookings into the Hotel system. This ability is imperative to the role, as you will be processing a lot of personal guest data.
Charming and punctual, we’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running, being able to bring another friendly and positive attitude to our Reservations Teams.
Qualifications and skills required:
We’re looking for someone with previous sales experience, with an ability to demonstrate great communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. You will also be proficient in computing, in order to quickly learn and adapt to administering our digital Hotel system.
