Position: Treatment Sales Coordinator

Salary:

Starting salary of £15,000 per annum plus commission of approximately £2,000 per annum and gratuities of £850 per annum after a qualifying period of 3 months.

Hours of work: 38 hours hours per week worked on a rota basis between the hours of 7.00 am and 7.30 pm including alternate weekends.

About this position:

This is an interesting and varied job with multiple roles including scheduling of treatments and activities, selling treatments over the telephone and dealing with guest queries face to face on our Treatments Reception desk.

You will learn each role individually beginning with Scheduling.  This involves using our Day Spa computer system to plan treatments, activities and meal times to create the perfect stay for each of our 200 plus guests every day.  Schedules are specific to each individual guest, taking into account special requests, guest health information, and recommended and non-recommended treatment combinations. 

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all treatments are accurately billed to guest accounts.

Schedules for over 140 beauty therapists must be planned to include meal and welfare breaks and should provide a varied day of treatments.

You will also be trained within our treatment and activities sales area, advising our guests over the phone on different treatment options, upselling and link selling wherever possible. 

Qualifications and skills required:

This is a role that would suit someone with fantastic customer service and communication skills.  Some experience in a sales role would be an advantage as this is a target driven position involving warm selling over the phone.  Applicants should be computer literate, have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.   

Applicants should be qualified to GCSE C grade or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
