Position: Demi Chef de Partie


Competitive salary plus a generous benefits package including tips of up to £850 per annum (full time equivalent) plus free meals on duty, uniforms, transport from Melton Mowbray and Asfordby, use of gymnasium and exercise classes and much more.

Hours of work: 39 hours per week on a rota basis between the hours of 6.30 am and 10.00 pm.

About this position:

This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our brigade of 16 talented chefs.

Our team use the highest quality fresh produce delivered daily and most of our food is prepared in-house including ice creams, desserts, sorbets, breads, stocks and sauces.

Our chefs have the freedom to experiment with dishes using different ingredients and techniques to produce innovative, nutritious food that is healthy and tastes great.

You’ll be working in a professional environment where you’ll be given guidance and support from our experienced senior chefs to help you improve your skills in all sections of the kitchen preparing you for your next step in your career.
