- Each morning and evening add Gentle Cleansing Wash to the palm of your hand and mix with water to create a light foam. Massage over the face and neck using circular movements. Rinse with water or a damp face cloth. Repeat if necessary.
- Apply Mild Exfoliant to a wet face and neck using light circular movements, avoiding the eye area. Add water as desired to increase the gentleness of the exfoliation. Remove with a damp face cloth or warm water.
- Apply Rich Moisturiser morning and evening to your face and neck, after cleansing your skin. Use upward movements to massage in. Leave for a few minutes to sink in.
