New Year... new you?

Ragdale Hall's specialist fitness breaks may just be the inspiration you need... to get fitter, less stressed and enjoy life more.

One attendee at the first of these events for 2017, our Real Life Yoga Break in early February,

summed up her feelings:

"I love Ragdale - the spa, the food, lovely staff, in fact everything - but the Yoga package added to it for me".

Others commented the yoga break was:

'Enjoyable, creative and relaxed".


Host for the event Meg Jackson was praised for her "friendly, clear instruction", "well planned and varied sessions" and that she was "confident and competant" and "very informative and catered for all levels".
