The Ragdale Team Development Programme is our commitment to all employees to provide a continuous plan of learning, involvement and development.  The programme is flexible and designed to be tailored to suit each individual regardless of whether you're after the bosses job or whether you just want to be happy in your work.

Regardless of which position you are in or how many hours you work, you'll receive an in-depth induction and structured Departmental Training over the first three months of your employment. During this time you will also attend a Company Induction with our Personnel Department and several company seminars, all of which are aimed to provide you with essential knowledge of Ragdale Hall and help you to carry out your new role to our high standards.
