Sessions include brand new Posture Perfect Walk sessions and video analysis and feedback, motivation and advice to enable you to make the most of your walking throughout the year. Yoga Retreat at Ragdale Hall

Thursday 21st to Saturday 23rd June 2012

We welcome you to join a small select group for our first Yoga Retreat at Ragdale Hall. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline originating in ancient India. Whether you are a beginner or regularly practice yoga, our experienced teachers will guide you through a number of sessions to help you attain physical as well as emotional and spiritual benefits from your visit.

The Retreat is lead by Kerry Clarke, a professional Yoga teacher with over fifteen years diverse international teaching experience and a regular Ragdale visitor herself. She is ably assisted by Ragdale’s own holistic therapist, Danny Allman, who has travelled extensively around the sub continent practising and perfecting his Yoga skills.

Following a career in the military and a passion for teaching, Kerry rehabilitated her knee and back following sports injuries using Hatha Yoga and enjoyed sharing practise with others witnessing their health (both physical and mental) improvements. Kerry’s intention is to guide individuals to enjoy receiving the most from their Yoga practice.

The two night break includes:

A welcome talk with Kerry, setting the scene for the Retreat

Five Yoga sessions with either Kerry or Danny

A meditation workshop with Kerry

Choice of two 25 minute treatments from:

Soothing Back Massage, Fresh Feet Treatment, Soft Touch Body Stretch and Ragdale Introductory Facial

All meals including breakfast served in your room, three course buffet lunch and three course dinner.

Brief farewell talk and a Yoga Retreat Pack to take home with tips and hints on enhancing the effects of the Retreat once at home.
