Beetroot, avocado and mango smoothie
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted & chopped
- 1 mango, peeled, pitted & chopped
- 1 beetroot (cooked fresh or vacuum packed, not in vinegar)
- 200g (7oz) low fat natural yoghurt
- 300ml (1/2 pint) orange juice
