Award winning spa Ragdale Hall have recently held their annual Therapist of the Year Awards.  With over 130 therapists employed and standards of training, professionalism and ‘best practise’ setting the benchmark for the whole industry, these awards are contested with enthusiasm and a high level of healthy competitive spirit!

Each therapist and the nine strong management and supervisory team are able to vote for their peers in a number of categories.  In the words of one of the senior team “Ragdale therapists have a great deal of pride in their profession and where they work, they understand the part they play in the success of Ragdale and what affect a really good treatment can have on their guest’s long term wellbeing.  They want to look up to the best and work in a team where they can motivate each other to be better with every treatment they perform.”

Therapist of the Year 2012 – Jenny Hallatt

Jenny from Nottingham has worked at Ragdale for five years and has in previous years won our Best Code of Dress Award twice.

As well as winning the main award for this year, Jenny was also voted by her peers as Best Team Player.

These accolades really sum up Jenny’s contribution to the department; in the last year she has also headed up the launch of Ragdale Hall’s spa range in M&S stores and will be amongst the therapists being trained to run Ragdale’s newest development, The Beauty Express opening in February.

In the words of her colleagues:

“She is professional, a perfectionist, always immaculate and amazing at everything she does”

“A true all rounder, she gets involved and really cares about her job”

Congratulations to Jenny for winning this great honour.

Holistic Therapist of the Year 2012 – Adrian Hunt

Adrian from Bury St. Edmunds has worked at Ragdale for 9 years. He is much admired by his peers for his knowledge, calmness and good humour.

Adrian enjoys a great following of appreciative guests who have built up a strong rapport with him over his time at Ragdale.
