The achievements of Ragdale Hall’s therapists during 2017 have been recognised at their annual awards ceremony, celebrating commitment, professionalism and appreciation by Ragdale Hall’s guests and the Treatments management team.
With around 130 therapists, we have one of the largest teams of therapists in the country. They deliver a wide range of treatments, including facials, massages, dry-floats and holistic therapies, manicures, pedicures, High Definition Brows and lash extensions, and work with brands including Elemis, Clarins, Decleor, Spa Find, OPI and Jennifer Young.
Ragdale’s co-owner Michael Isaacs introduced the awards and said: “We have some very nice spa facilities here but it is you who make each guest’s Ragdale visit special and you should be very proud of what you achieve.”
Our therapists really value the comments from our guests about their treatment experience, and the therapists who received the most mentions from guests on their feedback forms after their visit were: Eve Gamble, Theresa Draper, David Pike, Nadiya Khalifa, Adrian Hunt, Lia Augustini, and Jade Digby from the Beauty Express.
Ragdale therapists recognised for achieving 100 per cent attendance over the year were: Jon Jarvis, Sarah Louise Waters, Eve Gamble, Caroline Carlisle, Tina Rusu, Baljit Kaur, Aurelie Carrington, Maggie Campbell, Lia Agustini, Sarah Cassidy.
This year’s Outstanding Contribution to Salon Award was awarded to Alicia Penney for her outstanding contribution to both the team and the Hall throughout the year
Alicia is relatively new to our team of therapists, winning our Student of Excellence competition and joining us last year.
She said: ” Having received the Outstanding Contribution to Salon award, I was so pleased to see that my efforts had been recognised and I was also really surprised to have won anything, having only being at Ragdale for six months or so!
“It’s lovely to be rewarded for working hard – and it just shows that you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it.”
