Ragdale applauds this year’s top therapists
Our therapists have done so well this year, it’s been impossible to choose just one for our Outstanding Therapist 2015 Award!
The team recently had their annual awards ceremony which was led by Senior Treatments Managers, Zoe Heightley and Hannah Farrell-Wall, and celebrated commitment, professionalism and, above all, recognition by Ragdale’s guests.
With almost 150 therapists currently working here, Ragdale has one of the largest teams of therapists in the country. But Ragdale’s managers were unable to select just one Outstanding Therapist and the overall award was shared by David Ryan and Sarah Robba, for their outstanding contribution to both the team, and the Hall, throughout 2015. As well as a certificate, the pair received a £100 treatment voucher each.
The therapists were joined at the event by Ragdale’s owners: Michael Isaacs, Penny and Tristan Nesbitt.
In his address to the team, Michael Isaacs acknowledged therapists at Ragdale Hall are regarded as being among the best in the health and beauty industry.
He said: “I know your job isn’t easy but I hope you all find it rewarding. You are a key part of Ragdale and make a real contribution to the great experience our guests have. These awards go some way to showing you our appreciation of all you do, and I personally want to thank you for all your hard work over the past year.”
Ragdale offers more than 100 spa treatments including a range of facials, massages, ‘dry-floats’ and holistic therapies. Other treatments include manicures, pedicures, HD Brows, and lash extensions, and Ragdale therapists work with brands including Elemis, Clarins, Decleor, Spa Find, OPI and Jennifer Young.
Joint Outstanding Therapist award winner, David Ryan (29), has worked at Ragdale for almost three years. He said: “There is a real team spirit amongst the therapists.”
Nicola Jakins (pictured left in main image), achieved 100 per cent attendance over the last year. Now 34, she joined Ragdale almost 17 years ago and has never wanted to leave the company. She said: “I originally did some work experience at Ragdale and loved it, so I moved to Melton when I was offered a position here. It’s just got better and better the whole time I’ve been here and is like being part of a big family – we all look out for each other. I don’t know of anywhere else like it.”
