Dare we say it…but August is running away with us, and we’re now gearing up for a post-summer detox. It isn’t too late to tick off any unfinished fitness goals (along with a splash of pampering, Ragdale style), so join us this year for some fun on our Dancercise Break or learn some new skills on our Introduction to Yoga Break….

If you are in need of some zen in your life before the chaos of Christmas hits then come and meet our expert Fitness team who will be leading our Introduction To Yoga break. This break has proved very popular since it’s launch last year, so much so we have hosted two already this year!

Designed for beginners who want to start their journey into Yoga, you will be part of a small group and experience four unique classes geared to gently ease you into yoga practice and help you to take your first steps forward – all within the calming and relaxing surroundings for which Ragdale Hall is so well known.

The most well-known benefit of practising Yoga is flexibility but it can also boost immunity, help with bone health plus lower blood pressure and not to mention helping to improve your focus and get a better night’s sleep!

Prices start from £456 per person and will include meals, facilities and a luxurious treatment to help with achieving that inner calm and outer happiness.

Our next break will have you twirling and tapping your twinkle toes!

Our Dancercise Break promises you three-days of fun with our talented and inspiring instructors as part of a small, select group. You’ll also enjoy a 40-minute spa treatment (perfect for unwinding after all that shimmying around the dancefloor), and all the extras you’d expect from a stay at Ragdale.

You really don’t have to be a dancer to join us on this event, it’s all about having a go at something new and putting the fun back into fitness.  You’ll be working out without realising it, putting a little sweat on your brow but a big smile on your face. You’re most welcome to bring your own props to add some glitz and glamour to the sessions – in fact, we encourage you to!
