Anyone who’s made a New Year resolution to slough off the winter and get their glow on might be pleased to learn we have now added more great products to our ‘therapist approved’ body care ranges available from M&S, so you can get started at home.

Our new body care collection, Time to Revive, brings Himalayan salts, activated charcoal and sea salt to specially created formulas, to rebalance the mind, body and senses. Enriched with M&S’s exclusive PROBOOST+ complex, this powerful combination of extracts, which includes guarana and rosemary, delivers high-quality targeted treatments. And application is made easier and more effective thanks to a self-heating formula (you just have to experience this, it feels great), integrated brush or rollerball applicator.

The Time to Revive range includes:

Time to Revive Detoxifying Body Cleanser with Charcoal, £7.50/200ml

A time saving cleanser and detox all-in-one, this can be used simply as a body wash in the bath or shower, however, its unique body buffing and gently exfoliating brush head can target areas that require more attention such as elbows, thighs or feet. Activated charcoal acts like a dirt magnet helping to draw out toxins, while guarana and rosemary extracts restore natural glowing skin.

Our therapist says:“It’s easy to carry around in your gym bag, doing double duty as a cleanser and scrub.”

Ragdale Hall Spa Time to Revive Smoothing Hot Salt Scrub with Sea Salt, £9.50/350ml

A treat for the senses, this invigorating self-warming exfoliator heats up as you massage it into the skin. Extracts of guarana and rosemary are combined with sea salt to lift dead skin cells revealing instantly smooth, silky soft, glowing skin.

Our therapist says: “For a spa-like treatment, run a warm bath and apply the hot salt scrub in circular movements all over the body concentrating on any dry areas. The scrub will heat up as you massage it into the skin, helping to relax and relieve sore, achy muscles. It’s especially effective as a skin prep before self tanning. Dry body brush first to increase circulation and absorption, and follow with the hot salt scrub.”

Ragdale Hall Spa Time to Revive Soothing Himalayan Salts, £9.50/350g

Enjoy a restorative spa-like experience at home with a long, warm soak in a bath steeped with Himalayan salts.

Our therapist says: “After a long day’s work, sprinkle a handful of the Himalayan salts into a warm bath. Breathe in the therapeutic vapours while the rosemary and guarana extracts help to warm the muscles, relieving any tension and encouraging a better night’s sleep.”

Two further new ‘Time to…’ products, also just launched, perfectly complement the Time to Revive regime. They are:

Ragdale Hall Spa Time to Be Active Muscle Reboost Gel, £8.50/200ml

With avocado and chia seed, and designed to warm and revive muscles after exercise, the gentle warmth of the active ingredient SenseHot™ combined with the unique massage roller head will restore and reboost your hard working muscles. Use on clean dry skin after exercise, targeting muscle areas. Squeeze a little product onto the skin with the applicator and massage gently into the skin with the roller head. Wait for the gentle warmth to develop.

Ragdale Hall Spa Time to Sleep Bath Infusion £12.50/300g

Infuse your bath with this beautiful blend of sea salt with soothing lavender and chamomile flowers for a restful night’s sleep. There are two ways these salts can be enjoyed. Drop a handful of salts into the bag then either hang the bag on the tap while the hot water is running, making sure the water is running through the bag, or place the bag into your bath to allow the salts to gently infuse the water. After use remove the bag from the water or tap, dispose of excess dried flowers and leave the bag to dry naturally for further use

A team of our expert therapists have tried and tested the products (all in the name of work, of course), which are suitable for vegans and available in M&S stores and at – so you can enjoy a taste of Ragdale Hall at home.

You might also like to have a look at our other M&S ranges, which include reed diffusers and candles!

We’ll leave you to enjoy cleansing, exfoliating, soaking and reboosting – but let us know which is your favourite!

I too have been searching for Ragdale Hall Cinnamon and Nutmeg body butter to no avail. I have been looking for about a year because for me it was the stand-out product of all the ranges. It was quite unlike anything else I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot). The scent lingered throughout the day and on my clothes in a lovely way. I really can’t understand why this is the one you discontinued, I’ve tried all the ranges but this was the outstanding one for me.
