We are thrilled to announce that David Ross is our new Executive Head Chef and Anthony Doyle has been promoted to Head Chef. Both have been at Ragdale for around eight years, having previously worked together at the Vermont Hotel in Newcastle Upon Tyne. They relish the chance to take the reins of the food operation at Ragdale Hall, having both also started their careers in London hotels. David was married earlier this year to his long term partner Charmaine, Anthony being his best man.
You may already have met David as he often does healthy cooking demonstrations in the evenings and also often meets guests with particular dietary requirements to discuss their meals.
