Stress – we’ll all suffer from it at one point in our lives.

In fact, according to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), 10.4 million working days were lost in the UK last year due to work-related pressure.

And although it may be unavoidable at times, it’s how we manage it that matters.

Here at Ragdale Hall, whilst we never like to see you arrive feeling frazzled, we take great pride in making sure your spa experience will relieve some, if not all, of the burden by the time you head home.

Gloss Pool lanesWhether you’re here for a relaxing weekend away, or an extended stay designed to revitalise, when you reach our front door, we will welcome you with open arms.

On your arrival, you can head to your room, unpack your bags, kick off your shoes, and settle in to your comfortable accommodation, complete with en suite. Next, you may want to enjoy some channel hopping on your flat screen digital TV.

However, if you fancy doing something a bit more energetic during your stay, you can take advantage of over 18 exercise classes and group activities, which are held in our air conditioned studios and designed to suit all fitness levels.

To unwind after that, why not jump into our Thermal Spa and Candle Pool and benefit from a series of heat and water experiences to remove the aches and pains from tired muscles?

Additionally, let your troubles float away as our therapists perform:

  • A soothing back massage
  • A relaxing facial
  • A gentle soft hands treatment

Importantly, whatever you decide to do during your time with us, it’s up to YOU!

One thing that’s guaranteed, though, is by the time you walk out the door here at The Hall, you’ll be left feeling stress-free and ready to take on the world …

    Hi Tracy,
Just wondering do you have to book these treatments before your stay? Or can you just decide and book on the day?

      Hi Julia
Apologies for the delay in responding to your message. You need to book treatments 14 days prior to your arrival.
      Many thanks
