Massage

Full Body Massage      50 mins
A massage using Swedish style movements to promote a relaxing or detoxifying effect, through improved circulation and lymphatic drainage. Areas covered are legs, arms, back, neck and shoulders.

Body Massage      40 mins
A Swedish style massage using medium pressure designed to release tension in the legs, arms and back.

Calming Back & Scalp Massage     40 mins
A gentle but effective massage using Swedish style movements to melt away muscle tension in the back, neck and scalp. A luxurious coconut butter is used to hydrate and nourish your skin and condition your hair and scalp.

Soothing Back Massage 25 mins
A Swedish style massage, using medium pressure designed to release tension from the muscles of the back and neck.

Refresh & Revive Face and Back Therapy 50 mins
A pampering, all encompassing 50 minute treatment that includes a relaxing back massage and a scalp therapy to release tension and revive tired muscles, and a facial therapy to revive the skin and enhance a feeling of relaxation for the whole body.

Soft Touch Body Stretch 25 mins
Let your worries melt away with this all encompassing treatment. Using stretching techniques to ease tension and improve posture, we use continuous, smooth, gentle, stroking movements from top to toe.
This flowing treatment will relax and calm the nerve endings while soothing away the tension and stress of every day living.

Exfoliation

Perfect Body Polish      25 mins
A full body exfoliation followed by an application of body lotion to nourish the skin.

Perfect Body Polish & Massage      40 mins
Perfect Body Polish including a back, shoulder and neck massage.

Relax & Re-hydrate Body Treatment      50 mins
A combination of two treatments, that cleanses, exfoliates and nourishes the full body which concludes with a back, neck and shoulder massage for added relaxation.

Facials

The inclusive facials are available using the Clarins, Decleor, Elemis and Spa Find ranges. Please indicate your preference when booking.

Ragdale Introductory Facial      25 mins
A treatment that will superficially cleanse and tone the skin followed by a short but relaxing massage and mask.

Mens Soothe & Splash Facial       40 mins
A treatment that will superficially cleanse, tone and exfoliate the skin followed by a short but relaxing massage, mask and moisturise using specific men’s products.

Ragdale Prescription Facial (including exfoliation)     40 mins
Cleanses, tones and exfoliates the skin allowing for a short but relaxing massage and an application of a prescriptive mask.

Natural Harmony Facial      50 mins
A full facial that promotes relaxation and skin benefit. Although this treatment is not as in-depth or powerful as the exclusive range, it offers a quality facial experience cleansing, exfoliating, massaging and applying a prescriptive mask. Whilst the mask takes effect, a relaxing hand massage is conducted.

Pure Bliss Facial     50 mins
This is a deeply relaxing facial which caters for every skincare need. A deep cleanse and exfoliation to free the skin from impurities, is followed by a relaxing massage to the face, neck and scalp. Whilst a mask to the eyes and face takes effect you will experience a soothing hand and arm massage. An application of moisturiser to the face, neck and eye area will finally leave you feeling in total bliss.

Pure Nurture Facial    50 mins
A nurturing face therapy suitable for all skincare concerns, particularly during pregnancy. This treatment begins with a deep cleanse and exfoliation, followed by a tension release massage to the face, neck and shoulders. A soothing mask will nurture and nourish the face while you experience a relaxing hand massage. The treatment concludes with an application of moisturiser to the face and neck.

Wake Up Eye Treatment      40 mins
A customised treatment to help combat the signs of ageing and reduce fatigue around the eyes. This gentle treatment is suitable for all guests.

Body Treatments

Nourishing Milk Ritual      40 mins
This nourishing re-hydrating body treatment, with great anti-ageing properties that leave the skin moisturised and supple. Encompassing a back massage using Elemis eastern techniques.

Tension Release Scalp Therapy      25 mins
A relaxing scalp massage which relieves tension over the head and neck.

Energising Detox Therapy      50 mins
A treatment that concentrates on the troublesome areas of thighs, hips and abdomen. Unique Algi-mud mask from Spa Find combined with a detox massage this treatment is an effective detoxifier and a pleasant experience. The treatment is further enhanced by the use of slimming creams and detoxifying oils.

Moisturising Lavender Body Treatment      40 mins
This treatment is a re-energising thirst quencher for the skin. Your body is invigorated using a body brush to eliminate dead skin cells leaving the skin silky smooth. Essential oils and a luxurious mask is applied with flowing movements to enhance the healing, hydrating and anti ageing powers of sweet almond, coco butter, lavender and tea tree. Your feet will be massaged whilst the products absorb into the skin for maximum results.

Relaxing Back and Face Therapy      50 mins
This treatment commences with a Swedish style massage using medium pressure to the back, neck and shoulders, melting away any stresses or muscle tension. To complete this treatment a cleanse and tone to the face, neck and décolleté is followed by a short but relaxing facial massage and moisturise.

Mud Envelopment 40 mins
If you can’t bathe in the Dead Sea Mud in Israel, then Ragdale brings you the next best thing. A layer of gently warmed black Dead Sea mud is applied to the skin, while you receive a relaxing 10 minute scalp massage. You are then left to relax for 10 minutes whilst the minerals from the mud cleanse and re-mineralise your skin. Concluding with an application of the Spa Find body lotion, your skin will feel smooth and nourished.

Mud Wrap 40 mins
If you can’t bathe in the Dead Sea Mud in Israel, then Ragdale brings you the next best thing. Hands and Feet

Soft Hands Treatment      25 mins
A treatment utilising Leighton Denny’s specialist care products to restore or maintain hands and nails. This treatment does not include nail paint.

Fresh Feet Treatment      25 mins
A conditioning treatment for the feet utilising Leighton Denny’s specialist care products cuticles are conditioned and hard skin is softened.

Please note that this treatment does not treat severe calluses or hard skin and does not include nail paint.

Fresh Leg Treatment      40 mins
An invigorating exfoliation helps to soften and smooth even the driest of skins, whilst the enriched plant oils combined with a stimulating massage help to eliminate toxins, boost circulation and improve lymph drainage. Finished with an application of an energising leg emulsion to refresh and revive tired and aching legs.
