This treatment is designed to treat aches, stiffness and injuries which stem from postural and occupational stress as well as sport. The experienced male practitioners will use manipulative and deep tissue techniques to help relax, stretch and strengthen muscles allowing both muscles and joints to regain their function. Helpful advice will be given to those individuals experiencing difficulties with problematic areas.
NB: As with all deep tissues massage there may be some soreness or discomfort during or after your treatment. To administer remedial therapy for injuries, a medical practitioner must have first made a diagnosis of that injury.
