Avocado and Lemon Reviver

To freshen the skin an enlivening exfoliation of bran, oats, avocado oil and lemon essential oil are applied to form an invigorating scrub. Then a concoction of sumptuous warm avocados mixed with the juice of grapefruits is smoothed onto the body to moisturise, brighten and firm the skin.

Whilst cocooned in the wrap, a pressure point scalp massage and soothing eye massage combined with a Chamomile Eye Pillow will release tension and improve relaxation, allowing the magic of nature to work its wonders on your body. After a shower the body is thoroughly re-moisturised, leaving your skin glowing and healthy and your tensions eased. This is a 70 minute treatment.

Designed by a Holistic Therapist, this treatment commences with breathing exercises, foot massage and pressure points, light rhythmic massage movements to the shoulders, scalp, face and neck and concludes with gentle healing and cleansing of the aura.  This wonderful treatment offers a great recharge for your whole system.  This treatment is a very popular choice for those wishing to unwind from the tension held in the head and arms.  This is a 55 minute treatment.

Elemis Nurturing Massage for Mother-to-be

(Suitable from the 1st weeks of pregnancy but most beneficial from 18 weeks onwards).

Combines tried and tested safe pregnancy massage techniques adapted to each stage of pregnancy. Specialised positioning of our unique beanbag is used to ensure the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Relieves tension in the upper back and alleviates swelling in the hands and feet. This treatment includes a light facial to cleanse and moisturise and a gentle scalp massage.  This is an 85 minute treatment.
