SpaFind - Total Toning

A firming treatment designed to target the problem areas. Leaving your skin feeling toned, smooth, soft and firm and leaving you feeling relaxed and revived.  This is a 40 minute treatment.

SpaFind Dead Sea Mud Envelopment

If you can’t bathe in the Dead Sea mud in Israel, then Ragdale brings you the next best thing. After a full body exfoliation, a layer of gently warmed black Dead Sea mud is applied to the skin, while you receive a relaxing 10 minute scalp massage. You are then left to relax for 10 minutes whilst the minerals from the mud cleanse and re-mineralise your skin. Concluding with an application of the Spa Find body lotion, your skin will feel smooth and nourished. This is a 50 minute treatment.

Sports and Remedial Therapy Massage

This treatment is designed to treat aches, stiffness and injuries which stem from postural and occupational stress as well as sport. The experienced male practitioners will use manipulative and deep tissue techniques to help relax, stretch and strengthen muscles allowing both muscles and joints to regain their function. Helpful advice will be given to those individuals experiencing difficulties with problematic areas.

NB: As with all deep tissues massage there may be some soreness or discomfort during or after your treatment. If remedial therapy is to be administered for injuries a diagnosis of that injury must have been made by a medical practitioner.  This is a 50 minute treatment.
