'Wellness' themed weeks are held throughout the year here at Ragdale Hall. During these special themed weeks our experts will be on hand to offer tailored personal advice, informative demonstrations and fun workshops on a variety of 'wellness' based subjects.
As well as leaving your stresses at the front door, you'll have the opportunity to learn something new, whether it be; how to increase your energy levels, look younger for longer or what the benefits of minerals are - these special weeks coupled with one of our pampering breaks will give you a new found sense of wellbeing, a more energetic approach on life and a spring in your step.
