Health Spa Fitness Facilities 

Ragdale Hall boasts modern, air-conditioned fitness facilities and offers a programme of classes and activities unrivalled in the UK.

We have classes in four distinct areas, the exercise pool (for water classes and the aquagym) Studio One, Studio Two and the beautiful landscape grounds. In addition, fitness enthusiasts can get a great workout by using the gymnasium or taking part in outdoor activities, individually or in groups. For top-class fitness facilities, look no further than Ragdale Hall.

Health and Fitness Classes
Classes that we run include Pilates, Fitness Yoga, Tai Chi, Dance Fitness and Aerobics. All classes are graded according to levels of fitness, e.g. Advanced, Beginners or General.

In a survey, Health & Fitness Magazine gave our health spa a 10/10 rating for its fitness facilities and Best Spa for Fitness by Zest magazine.

A typical day would include:

Studio One

Legs, Tums and Bums, Aerobic Fat Burner, Dance Fitness, Fitness Yoga, Pilates and Candlelight Stretch.

Studio Two

Tai Chi, Fitness ball, Indoor Cycling, Meditation, Relax and Unwind, Aromaball De-stress and Tai Chi Sword.

Exercise Pool

Aqua Tone, Cardio Splash, Pilates H20 and Yoqua.
