Healthy Food, Tasting Good...

Gone are the days when our guests were happy with a few lettuce leaves and carrot juice! Eating at Ragdale is very much a cornerstone of the whole experience and our guests constantly enthuse about their enjoyment of our food. We have an amazing Food and Beverage Team consisting of Chefs, Kitchen Porters, Waiters, Waitresses, Cafe Bar Assistants and Food Services Assistants creating and serving around 220 lunches, 180 evening meals and cakes and light snacks every day.

Kitchen 

Our brigade of 16 talented chefs are responsible for creating innovative, nutritious food that is healthy and tastes great. We use fresh produce which is often sourced locally to reduce food mileage and prepare most items in-house including ice creams, sorbets, breads, stocks and sauces.

As a Ragdale Chef, no matter what level, you will be encouraged to take an active role in the development of menu’s and presentation of food. You’ll be given the opportunity and support to improve your skills and progress within the brigade. Restaurant and Bars

Our style of service within the Restaurant is informal but first class in a beautiful and relaxing environment. Join our team of around 60 Waiters, Waitresses in our 150 cover restaurant and 2 Cafe Bars.
